The Synergy Protocol: How Stacking Therapies Multiplies Results

One therapy helps. Two therapies in the right sequence does something different entirely. The science of biohacking synergy — and how we sequence sessions at MK Wellness.

Why Sequence Matters

The order of therapies matters as much as the therapies themselves. Here's why:

If you follow that session immediately with Red Light Therapy, the enhanced circulation means more photons are delivered to deeper tissues — the therapy becomes more effective.
